The regular monthly political barometer was conducted by PORU (fielded on 1-2 Sep 2016) and presented on SKAI tv network (http://www.skai.gr/) on Friday, September 5, 2016.

Some of the most important findings are:

  1. 81% of the Greek population believes that we are moving towards to the wrong direction. On contrary, 9.5% believe that we’re going towards the right one.
  2.  A share of 85.5% is not satisfied with the government’s performance while 6.5% declares its satisfaction.
  3. Regarding the most likely outcome of the upcoming parliamentary elections, 52.5% believe that New Democracy (the current main opposition party) will be the winner of while an 18.5% shares a different opinion as believes that SYRIZA (main governmental coalition party) would.
