The regular monthly political barometer was conducted by PORU (fielded on 24-26 May 2016) and presented on SKAI tv network (http://www.skai.gr/) on May,27, 2016.

Some of the most important findings are:

  1. 80.5% of the Greek population believes that we are moving towards to the wrong direction. On contrary, 11,5% believe that we’re going towards the right one.
  2. 86.5% are not satisfied with the government’s performance and they believe that there are better alternatives. On the other hand, 6,5% is satisfied with the government’s performance.
  3. Regarding the most likely outcome of the upcoming parliamentary elections, 54% believe that New Democracy (the current main opposition party) will be the winner of while a 19,5% shares a different opinion as believes that SYRIZA (main governmental coalition party) would.
