Eight percent (8%) of the Greek population consider themselves as living in very bad (poor) financial conditions, as data concerning September revealed.
This is a significant decrease of 4% compared to the previous survey (data from June 2017 indicated that 12% of Greeks consider themselves living in poor conditions). One year before (September 2016) 8% of the Greeks state that they were living in poor conditions, a percentage which shows a stability.
In addition, 44% declare that they live in bad conditions. The percentage also decreases by 2,5% and 1,5% compared to our previous survey (data from June 2017 – 46.5%) and one year before (data from September 2016 – 45.5%) respectively.
Furthermore, 4 out of 10 Greeks, assess their financial conditions as not good. There is a significant increase of 5.5 percentage points compared to June 2017 (34%) and a slight decrease of 1 percentage point compared to one year before (data from September 2016 – 40.5%).
Finally, 8% assesses its economic conditions as “good”. This is an increase of 1 percentage point compared to June 2017 (7%) and 2.5% compared to twelve months before (September 2016 – 5.5%).
