November 2017 data, indicate that 8% of the Greek population lives in very bad (poor) financial conditions. The percentage is the same compared to the previous month (October 2017 – 8%) and presents a small decrease of 3,5 percentage points compared to one year before (November 2016 – 11.5%).
A share of 46% consider themselves as living in bad conditions. This percentage is the same compared to October 2017, while it presents a decrease of 3,5% compared to one year before (November 2016 – 49.5%).
4 out of 10 assess their financial condition as not good. This shows an increase of 7.5 percentage points compared to one year before (November 2016 – 32.5%), while it remains the same compared to one month before (October 2017 – 39.5%).
Finally, 6.5% of the total Greek population declare that their financial situation is good. This share is increased by 1 percentage point compared to the previous month and one year before as well. (October 2017, November 2016 – 5.5%).
